How long?

Most sites are live within a week.

Once we agree on what you need and you send over the basics — photos, hours, the gist of your services — I usually have a working preview in 2–3 days and a live site within seven. Bigger projects take longer; I'll tell you up front.

Do I own it?

Yes. The domain and the site are yours.

Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever want to leave, I'll help you move everything to a new host — no drama, no exit fees. Locking small businesses into their own websites isn't a business model I'm interested in.

What about updates?

Small changes are part of the monthly fee.

New phone number, updated hours, a fresh photo, a holiday notice, a new service — text or email and I take care of it, usually same day. Bigger changes (a whole new section, a new booking system) get a separate quote so you always know what you're paying for.

No website yet?

Most of my clients don't.

Plenty of solid local businesses are still running on a Facebook page or nothing at all. That's actually the easiest case — I take care of registering the domain, setting up your email, the Google Business Profile, all of it. You don't need to know any of the technical pieces.

What about SEO?

The basics are built in. The rest is honest work.

Every site I build has clean code, proper headings, fast load times, and local schema markup — the things that genuinely help you rank. Anyone promising "guaranteed #1 on Google" for $99 a month is selling smoke. I'd rather build you a site that earns its rankings.

Online ordering, booking, e-commerce?

Possible. Quoted separately.

If you need a booking calendar, online ordering, or a real online store, that's beyond a standard website setup but I do build them. We talk about what you actually need, I quote it once, you decide. No locked-in subscription tiers.
